I applied one of these to my p3a, as instructed drone was cleaned before. It was purchased from eBay. I also made sure there were no parts stuck anywhere near the motors.

On the first flight (on a semi breezy beach)  it peeled off almost compelltly  and was flapping against the propellor

Obviously had i not heard the noise (was flying low) this could have been disastrous. Just wanted to warn / give others a heads up, I would say it's not safe

I make my own vinyl wraps...easy and cheap. Just go online and print out a P3  stencil and trace it out on your favorite vinyl. Apply and viola. You can buy enough materials to do 10-20 for the price of one pre-made skin.

WOW, looks like the pace you ordered from and wherever they get them from must not use a good adhesive.
That would be a shame to lose a several hundred dollar aircraft because of a vinyl sticker.

Did you notice any effects on the GPS signals with the skin on? I have a P3S with the CF skin on and my copter's GPS reception have been only from fair to poor.  

So - what did you end up doing about it?

I didn't notice any difference in range.  I needed up being refunded after contacted the seller....im now back to a minimal phantom =)

I have bought two separate decals from DecalGirl...for two different drones. I have had no issue with the decal peeling up on either. Hope that helps.
