Can you please assist with #CAS-231295-G5F8T1. The drone was received by DJI on Monday, and I received a prompt e-mail that said:
Your Phantom 3 Advanced has been evaluated by our repair team. Click the following link to view the following assessment: REPAIR PROGRESS INQUIRY. An invoice for repairs will be sent to your email address within 24 hours.
The status update shows "Repair cost assessed and quoted 2016/08/29 17:58:50". I have not received an invoice or follow up e-mail. I used online chat twice, and neither were helpful, and spent 30 minutes on the phone yesterday. Sent an e-mail 2 days ago as well with no response. Nobody is able to give me a copy of an invoice or let me know what is going on. Very frustrating.
