So I get my DJI Osmo out of repairs. I was sending it with battery extender, and get it all back. Except for one little detail:  

Sorry, I can't see what you're referring to.  Do you mean the little scratches? Or the right side sticker is not properly positioned?

Hint: words battery extender in initial message. Won't you get it?

So far no one contacted me even after I get zendesk ticket number (287338) for that request. It's the third day of silence. Keep up the good work.
