I have just got a new Phantom 2 and have installed the Assistant software.
I have been trying to update the firmware of the Phanton and the H3-3D Gimbal but when i try to download the updates, it just says Download Failed - Refresh .
Is there a problem at DJI or is anyone else experiencing the same problem?

also have the same problem. I give my phantom homeless and buy myself another copter is full of nightmare

At least its not just me....
I've ended up buying a Phantom I can't fly until this is sorted out, as my gimbals firmware is incompatible with the new V.2 system and needs an update ...
...As does my main Controller, RC, and H330

they have to be having a server issue...we are having the same symptom...

I think they withdrew the 3.10 update from us because of the IMU error when updated.

New upgrade status for Phantom 2 Vision+ @05:50am UTC in Germany:

When click on the upgrade button, I get the message no updates for the firmware 3.08. I think DJI has withdrawn the update 3.10. Can anybody confirm this?

Download worked this morning at 10:00 GMT. Update installed OK

From another thread, I was able to find out that if I downloaded the 3.6 assistant software I would be able to 'Downgrade' my Phantom to the 3.8 firmware, which I did successfully. The appropriate updates then came through for the H3-3D gimbal ( 1.0.0.12) and it now works correctly.
