I have lost all my flight logs from the go app , any ideas ?? Tried to sync and it says update failed ???

May I know what mobile device you are using? have you deleted the APP and re-installed it before you tried to sync flight record? If no, please try to change another network internet to sync it again.
If you have re-installed the APP before syncing, all the logs would not recover.
