It was my first time purchasing a DJI product, I ordered on Sep. 29th and as a first time customer I have been appaulled at the customer service of DJI. This morning I went ahead and filed a dispute with my credit card company as my previous emails to have the order cancelled went unaswered.
I also see now that a lot of the forum posts that show customer discontent are systematically being deleted and censored. Shame on you DJI!

Which had a link to an article critical of DJI misleading its customers. I'm pretty sure this thread will be deleted as well.
