Hi Guys,


Many of us DJI fans ordered Mavic and still waiting (my order was placed on 6th October) - can someone from DJI at least try to answer how many has been pre-order between 27/09 - 10/10? How many factory can make per day? Give us something/ some info so we could at least guess when we will receive our Mavic's which have been paid already !!!!

Chances are they are being made by a factory not named DJI, just guessing. If the case, the DJI personal you find on here will not have the numbers you want. Remember quality takes time. Do you want a Mavic that is dependable and you can use over and over? Or do you want to fly it once and then send it back? Relax, read the manual, over and over, and then again.

Yes Jake but you will agree that some information would be helpful - they should be honest - that's it. No one expect any magic here-  just a real answer !

Not gonna happen apparently. My advise, just get one ordered on Amazon EU, they have stock ready for delivery as far as I can tell, though they seem to be having to sit on it until next Thursday. I ordered today and it's due next Friday.

I suspect by the time this one arrives I won't have had a shipping email about my DJI order, placed 01.10.16. Time will tell though.

Sure they do.   Until it gets close to shipping time and they have to delay the order by 30 days like Best Buy.

Revs -  are they sold by Amazon directly? I am worried they will push back delivery like they did with Best Buy in US

I talked with a guy down at best buys. He said they'll have them in Monday morning. I called best buys number and they did bump the shipment to Nov 29th. Oh well no biggie, still have my preorder from dji. I was thinking it's too good to be true, and to the guy who down voted my bait and switch post earlier

I want to order the Mavic, but don't know from where to buy in order to get it the quickest way.

I think at this stage it doesn't matter where you're going to order from- as you will be put at the end of a very looooooooong quene  {:4_117:}

Yup, Amazon EU. Nothing to lose by pre-ordering, they don't take payment until dispatch ;)

I've just been on chat with Amazon. They already have the stock, it's on hold until it gets shipped out on the 3rd to land on the 4th. She said "don't worry, I'm confident your order will arrive as scheduled".

The stock is with Amazon EU, ordered through Amazon UK. The link is further up the page ^^

DJI mentioned in their last update that if you ordered the Mavic prior to November 3rd when they made the announcement that you could expect your Mavic between 6-8 weeks from the date it was ordered. I ordered on October 5th and worked some math based on that information and am estimating a delivery between November 20th and December 5th.

I'm very disappointed in DJI with their poor shipping speed of the Mavic Pro orders. They go on and on about how the large amount of orders overwhelmed their warehouse distribution team, and they didn't have enough stock to cover all of the orders. But shouldn't they have been expecting this much demand in the first place since it is close to Xmas after all? DJI is a multi-billion dollar drone manufacturer so I fail to see how they couldn't have put measures into place to make sure that they were 100% ready for orders of the Mavic Pro to pour in.

Long story short, this whole event that's currently taking place is embarrassing. And DJI really do need to step up their game asap and start shipping out those orders within 3-5 days of payment confirmation like it's supposed to be doing.

YOU COULD BE CORRECT But you have to think about the way they are structuring the shipment, last week people with Oct 1st order and 30 and 29 were being shipped to europe this week is now the American continent and today I got my shipment tracking number yesterday night I went to the dji tracking order page and saw that it was pending but with a courier of Fedex and this morning it changed to shipped.
