I send this drone replacement in after they replaced mine because it doesn't send video back....This is what I get today????
The drone wouldnt send back video, so I sent it right back to them....THIS IS ALL WARRANTY

Does the 'Total Payment: 0.00' mean its all paid for under warranty or do you have to pay the 'Total Amount 464.00' ? only asking cos im having mine assessed atm.

sounds like a mistake to me on the part of DJI.  I bet they will make it right for you.

Did you give a written explanation of what was wrong with it?

I would get on to a mod here give them your case number, sometime repair only seem to speak mod language, I speak from experience here, although European.

got it thanks....seems to work fine..Just took it up for about 2 mins....Only problem now is it won't load the new firmware...It loads the one from a month ago fine but not the new one..
