Hi whenever I pull the joystick all the way down and the phone tilts as far as it goes forward I get this message on the screen " can not rotate adjust gimbal altitude. It also happens when I point the osmo towards the ground. is this normal  cause it seems to work ok but this message keeps coming up. Please advise.

Hi, how many degrees can you control your gimbal go upward and downward?

It should be about 45 degrees up(correction, down), and 135 degrees down(correction, should be up). If your Osmo Mobile can reach these degrees, don't worry about it. Otherwise go to www.dji.com/support and choose online chat and follow instructions to send it in.

So when I pull the joystick down the phone tilts forward and starts facing towards the ground. Gets to about 60 degrees and stops then message appears.

Mine is opposite. Can go up way further than down

I'm very sorry about that, I just gave the wrong info, I mean about 45 degrees down. So your range seems normal, but that message shouldn't pop up.
