Hello all,

I have problem with realtime preview in DJI GO Just a Black Screen, but i can control drone, camera via APP, issue only with preview.

My devices:

Phantom 4 with RC both lastes firmware
Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 LTE 8.0 with Android 6.0.1 but wih Android 5.1 was the same...
APP DJI GO lastes release

I try with two different cable.

On my secend device Samsung Galaxy Note 3 all works.

I have the same condition with the last release.  It works correctly with my phone but often the black screen with my tablet.  If I power up the copter before the controller it works perfectly every time with both devices.

Hi Rafal, if it's convenient, I'd suggest you to try to reset your phone to factory, then reinstall the latest DJI Go app.

Both steps have not helped :/


Finally I bought a new Nvidia Shield Tablet K1. Everything work fine, but it seems to me this is not a solution dear DJI, in short, the development department of the application is not enough developed.

Same issue after LAST RC Update .... ON I pad its like that ... Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge reboot when aap starts ... Now a days DJI team is Only busy with Mavic ..
