I sent an email to onlinesales@dji.com letting them know I want to cancel my order. Is the way it's supposed to be done? If so, how does a person receive confirmation of this? How long until I get my money back?  My order number is (was) 001202936136. Thanks for any help.

It was sometime last week. I want to say it was Wednesday or Thursday. Yes, that is where I sent the email to. I ordered the Fly More Combo and the refresh thing. Sorry about the frustration, but it's getting cold here now and it's pointless to have it right now. I was hoping to be able to fly it a few times before winter set in. I'll be buying one in the spring once we have temperatures that are more Mavic friendly.
