In addition to Rich's reply, take a look at UAVForecast (Click here to go to UAVForecast) and set it up for your location. Look at two items for your location: 1) Est Sats Locked and 2) Kp value. Under ideal situation, this is the max number of sats you can expect to lock up. Kp values above 5 can reduce your reception. Remember that the number changes with time of day and location.

Often, some of the GPS satelites are close to the horizon. If you are flying with only 8-12 satelites locked and a few get blocked by higher obstacles, then you may lose GPS and the aircraft will switch to ATTI mode. Your video is recorded at 20 M altitude. Notice the tall vertical towers and obstructions on your horizon. These may be blocking satelites.

To troubleshoot when this happens, try climbing above the altitude of the obstacles if possible and see if the count increases and you return to P-GPS.
