The mavic pro is pretty nice even if I am a newbie on drone flight, I just got a  problem, the remote controller just won't charge either the wall socket or usb port.
Last week, when I finished a mavic flight, I just leave the controller aside with about 50% battery. And today I can't charge it anymore, it just get no reponds.
I will bring it to local dji store tonight and see if there is any problem.

And here is the footage I shoot last week.

Did you turn it off when you left it? If not it may have drained the lipo and usually cheap chargers won't recover it. I have an expensive lipo charger for my Helis so when I have a fully drained lipo I can usually bring it back to life using a very slow NiMH setting charge up to about 3v per cell. If you are new to this you'll be best to send it in.

I would hope that dji put a lipo cut in the controller. If it's even powered by a lipo.

The remote is not a LIPO but an Li-Ion.

Ok - I don't have mine you so wasn't sure. Assuming he let it drain you should still be able to recover a li-ion with a careful trickle charge in NiMH mode on a good charger. Start with 0.1amp.

I'm sorry you are experiencing difficulties.
The battery should still be at 50%, can you post a video of attempting to power it on?

I wish there were something I could be but I'm in the US and can only assist with customers here.

Have you tried different cables? I had some problems charging various phones because the MicroUSB cables I used were sometimes non-standard ones.

quick update:
the reason why its not turning on is that the wires inside was loosened.

I just received the repaired remote controller and figure out that they swap my android cable with an lightning cable, so i'm calling cs to send me back an android mirco usb cable..

I've seen them do this with someone else... They must do their testing with an iPhone/iPad and forget to swap cables back.
