Today I bought a brand new mavic pro, sadly I'm absolutly not able to charge the controller.
I used the delivered usb cable and the mavic charger. It show me "charging" but nothing happens.
I waited not for almost 2h, but still 1% charged. As soon I plug out the cable the battery is gone.
As we'll I tried the second USB slot on the charger, same issue.
Have you tried to charge the battery with this charger? Firstly, please make sure the charger is working fine.
Then please try to use another adapter to charge the remote.

May I know you bought it from DJI authorized dealers or online store?
If you have plug in the cable tightly and try another adapter, but no improvement, then it would be best to send it in for evaluation, sorry for the inconvenience caused.

your RC is "seeing" the connection with your USB charger and displaying the charge indicator.. but when a battery is not connected internally the RC itself cannot charge.
This my guess about your issue, battery not connected with assembling at the factory.
I'm hoping your shop is helping you out with this matter.

They would replace it, but I guess it will take a long time until they recieve a replacement for the controller.
Is there any possibility to get a new controller within this week? Of course I could open the controller by my self, but I do not want to "break" my warranty.
Any suggestion from your side Natalia?
Still no success... NO replacement Controller, NO replacement Drone. Means I still got a brand new drone at home which didnt fly because of the Controller for weeks now.

My dji mavic controller won't charge past 20% with te original charger. Dji help. Best buy said no return no exchange . Oncertainly it's bought don't bring it back, I really doubt they would be able to help me after that kind of customer service
