While flying the mavic it starts to give obstacles warning and there is nothing on front of it and it stopped going forward only up and down

Any one have the same problem before ?

Did you have to go and get it? Or did you get it to move back to you?
Did you have a connection to it or was that dropped?

That's a little disconcerting.  Maybe it's the price we have to pay for front collision function on such a small device that generally seems to work?

I have a fairly expensive Mercedes with radar-based collision detection and even that will have occasional false positives, but the way it's programmed is keeps trying to sense and re-sense the object and if it disappears (as a phantom object would on a fake read) then it never actually engages braking and keeps going.  Thankfully.

I don't think such small sensors can be flawless, but maybe the software can be tweaked over time to better determine a false read, or to handle it differently after the fact?

Have you tried to do the VPS calibration via DJI Assistant?

Just yesterday I had my Mavic intermittently flying slowly forward even with full forward stick. Switched off forward vision system, and it would respond to forward stick movements as normal. I have refreshed firmware on both controller and mavic, did a stick calibration, and VPS calibration via DJI Assistant and cleaned front optical sensors but still it will fly slowly forward with full stick, almost like it is stuck in tripod mode......but slower....I reset EXP to default as well. It responds well in sport mode though. Will do some more tests to make sure it wasn't location related.
