I'm going thru serious drone withdrawal waiting for my Mavic, and have been toying with buying another Phantom. I owned a P3P and an early P4.  I hated the range of the P4, so I kept my P3P.  I like flying in the mountains of Southern Arizona and need all the range I can get.  I saw the early FCC license requests that showed the P3P had like 25% more output power than the P4, but I don't know if updates changed that.  Which one has the best range, now?
