Ohh no ive missed the window by 24 hours !  

Stupid so so stupid,     

has anyone been able to talk to DJI prove their dorone is in perfect condition and been able to buy the Refresh package ?

I reached out to the DJI care refresh team and they allowed me to get the Refresh package if I provide all the necessary step to video recording the Mavic to prove it is still in working condition.  But I didn't do it because it has a lot of steps to followed.  So my advice is to email team at djicare@dji.com
