I ordered the Mavic and some stuff (batteries & charger) on Oct, 20th and canceled the order with the copied FAQ formular on Nov, 15th. I got only a automatic email reply and send two more emails afterwards. No reaction from DJI. @DJI Mindy, is it possible to check the order and refund, I need to buy some xmas gifts for the children, thanks!

Since you paid via banktransfer, it will take some time for us to refund after collecting your bank information and go through the OA refunding system.
