Did you ask for permission to fly over those areas?

As far as I know, rules in Switzerland are not very limiting but:
- You still need to comply with a few of them, like no closer than 5km from any runaway
- You need to ask for permission when filming people who are recognizable, or flying above private property, for example (https://www.edoeb.admin.ch/daten ... 71/01326/index.html)

Yeah, he got permission from all those people below him. He had to start early way before he got the Mavic..

Spoiler alert: he didnt. Thats why he, me and everyone else got the Mavic. Its tiny and hard to see at just 100m let alone 500+ .

In my experience (3+years), no one will give you permission to fly anywhere that you would want to fly.

Obviously I know what I'm asking and I can guess the answer beforehand (though I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt).

Hi everyone,

Thank you all for the great feedback, I appreciate that very much!
First of all to all the lawyers out there ( especially from Switzerland), i know the rules, the nearest airport was about 20km away from the filmaking, and i didn't violate anyones privacy with my footage, it is not possible to recognize any person, which i have filmed, except to the one in the first Video "nebel", which i know well, because it's myself with the Mavic-controller in my hands.......
It is always a kind of proportionality (Verhältnismässigkeitsprinzip).
To my workflow:
I filmed all of this stuff with my Mavic, some shots (the older ones) with default settings without any changes, the newest ("night") with sharpness -1.
After that, i transfered everything to my ipad Pro, made the cutting with the app "Pinnacle Studio", which i highly recommend and uploaded it via the app to YouTube in 4K.
BTW: My score and the used music, is all self-created with "Garageband" for iOS from Apple.

Sorry for my bad english, but I try hard to write a understandable english :-)

2.7k 30 seems to be the sweet spot. You can stream back to the rc at 1080 also using 2.7k as a bonus. That's not uploaded 4k, at least according to Youtube but it's smooth. Really like the night stuff too.

I especially liked seeing Brad Pitt, Shania Twain, and I think (was hard to recognize) Lewis Hamilton walking about down there.

First of all, it's all good and for me I liked your shots of the city. I'm sure you know your area and the rules. Second, I was wondering the base altitude or elevation of your area. When I was in Innsbruck Switzerland the mountains were huge!
Third your English is good enough for me,  as I cannot write in Swiss keep up the nice work!

We are at 650 meters above sea level, but in the mountain-videos i was probably at 1400m.
Innsbruck is in austria(...)

Yah I know Innsbruck  is in Austria but I made into Switzerland from there    The valley where is live is 405 meters and the mountains around near by are 1850 to 2450 meters

I do autofocus and then switch to manual because of the focus-sh**t every single minute
