For the last 2 weeks, the DJI Australia store has indicated that shipping a P4P is 1-3 days from payment. However, the P4P I ordered 3 weeks ago still hasn't shipped!.

How can a P4P be available to ship in 1-3 days for the last two weeks, but an order 3 weeks hasn't been shipped?  No response from DJI email support.

May I know your order number or ticket number?  We'll help you escalate the case soon.
