I have been flying Phantoms for 3 years and today, my phantom 3 professional crashed.  I took off with 98% battery and at about 67 ft. I noticed red lights on the drone and tried to land.  I got down to about 60 ft. and then the motors stopped.  Needless to say, the phantom crashed and on concrete.  There are no logs in the memory card but I have the video from the time the aircraft took off until it shutoff midair.  I am sending aircraft to DJI with the controller.  I am glad that no one got hit but my phantom is in pieces.  Has anyone had any similar experience recently?  I've gone through my checklist and made sure everything was fine.  I am now scared to fly my Inspire pro because of this.  

The flight logs are not on the SD card, they are in the internal card. You connect to the aircraft using a USB cable and then you can copy them off.

Just as Geebax mentioned. The flight data are saved in the internal card.
After received your aircraft, our engineers will help to analyze the data and let you know what could have caused the issue.

Thank you.  I thought flight logs were in the SD card.
