The UP/DOWN scrolling on the DJI APP "iPHONE" is not functioning, any advice??

Does the gimbal tilt work from your RC transmitter?

I have the Newer version of RC, which doesn't apply this feature, I only can control the camera by using the DJI App, please advise.

I have no idea why it's not functioning, I mean the Cam is always at it's maximum level up, and when trying to use the scrolling arrows in the DJI App, it show RED at the top and doesn't response.

you dont have the 'tilt phone to set camera pitch' toggled on do you?  i noticed that when i toggled that on by accident, i couldnt control via the slider.  but once i toggled it back off, it started working again.  maybe not your prob but thought id throw it out there.

Look above the up/down arrows you will see a little gimbal there.  Tap that and then try your up/down arrows.  That gimbal, when you tap it, will allow you to tilt the camera by tilting your phone, but when it is highlighted or on, it will shut off the regular camera arrows.

If you have the newer remote with the gimbal wheel on the top left, then if you want to use it simply run the Phantom Asst software and go to the RC tab and choose the new version, then calibrate the gimbal wheel

I tried toggling the Gimbal Icon, it disabled the Up/Down Arrows but still didn't work when moving my Phone

I tried that as well but still not functioning as it's supposed to

do you have the camera set to FPV mode?  its a check box in the settings, and if you have it checked off, the gimbal locks so you can fly in true FPV.

I tried to get to your "Do this calibration" page and I am logged in, however I cannot get to the download I think I need to Fix This Problem.  As others advised, When starting up my Phantom 2 + the camera is looking straight out in front.  As soon as I try to bring the camera down to the 45 degree level, it immediately swings Straight Down.  The gimbal control on the camera and the NEW RC w/gimbal knob cause the thing to happen.  This is Frusterating to say the least.

The page I posted here does not require you to be connected to the computer.

are you shure you have latest version of app installed?  1.0.48(1677)

I think that helped a little because now when I change values the camera responses, but still not yet moving with the DJI App, Thanx anyway
