I just received my Mavic and I am looking at the app store for the DJI GO app and the only one I find is listed for the Phantom, Inspire and Matrice and the Osmo.
Is this the one for the Mavic also?  I saw the Go 4 app, but I would like to start with the original.

Go 4 app is the one you want to use.

Both are from DJI and since you are using mavic so you need to download Go 4 app.  

i use the go 4 app with my iphone, but it's not compatable with my ipad mini (1). i now have the former dji go app on my ipad. can i use it too, or will it mix things up?

btw.  for my mavic

GO 4 all the way for the Mavic.

I use go3.0.1 Google.maps still there.
