I have sent my P3A in for repair. It was delivered to you on Monday 6th February. When i check the repair progress inquiry page the blue dot is still on the "to be received" part. How long does this normaly take? Can you please confirm that you have received the package. My case number is CAS-429345-D7W9D7.
It'll take some time to check in and update the system, please do not worry about it.
I'll also check the status and help you follow up the case, it will be changed to "Received" once it's done.
