Dear Support members and fellow pilots,

I recently (24th Jan 2017) upgrading to the P4Pro+ (built in screen version) from the P4Pro (without screen version) and from teh verey start i have been having issues.
they beling as follows:

Gimbal not centered on startup.

Horizon Tilt  when flying in P-Mode

Bird sudenly looses total live feed when changing sessting in teh camera. Still have full controll of teh bird just no livefeed.

As you see each issue has a photo / video proof of the issue mentioned i am currently awaiting (Since 31st Jan 2017) on a confirmation for replacement my case ID is as follows CAS-381426-H9l1Z5. I am leaving for my holiday on the 2nd of March 2017 and any help from teh customer service agents here will be super helpful.

With regards to the live feed disconnection, one agent asked me to re-link my controller 3 times and it worked for a bit but teh issue came up again yesterday while flying.
A second agent gave me an other tip and i need to try it again however it looking like its just a manul linking step. ( https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B4K-j1JuWzq9Ql9DYnRldFJ0X0U )
However, i have no other leads to follow.

Looking forward to a replacement confirmation at the earliest.

Dji quality control has deteriorated as they have grown.
A concoction for a rapid downfall, coupled with there poor customer service in general. That said I won't blame them as like any king of the jungle you tend to be more ignorant when it comes to small things.

I've been a dji fan boy since Long but thats what is even more saddening that a compnay for such innovation is headed down the rabbit whole because they can't take care of the bare basics.

Let's see where this case is headed, I've been waiting for 2 weeks for my replacement claim which was made within the first week of activation. Maybe, I should have just returned the bird and demanded a refund  instead under their 7 days policy.

I'm leaving for my holiday on the 2nd March hopes or carrying a drone are dwindling by the day.

Get in line,  there is an entire thread about this topic.  Most prominent is gimbal tilt video transmission.  It appears that some people got good ones and some people got bad ones.
