Dji quality control has deteriorated as they have grown.
A concoction for a rapid downfall, coupled with there poor customer service in general. That said I won't blame them as like any king of the jungle you tend to be more ignorant when it comes to small things.
I've been a dji fan boy since Long but thats what is even more saddening that a compnay for such innovation is headed down the rabbit whole because they can't take care of the bare basics.
Let's see where this case is headed, I've been waiting for 2 weeks for my replacement claim which was made within the first week of activation. Maybe, I should have just returned the bird and demanded a refund instead under their 7 days policy.
I'm leaving for my holiday on the 2nd March hopes or carrying a drone are dwindling by the day.
