Hi,

has anybody tested the sharpness of the P4P lens for different apertures when focused to infinity? I assume the sweet spot would be somewhere between f/5.6 and f/8, but it needs to be proven.

So start working on it and prove it...

Google should find some of the posts that have done the testing already.  The lens is sharp from full open to f8
