looked at all the horror stories and all the good stories, tough call to spend $1400 ( for everything ) on a drone that might be defective as soon at it comes in.  But I placed my order today and will hope for the best, it will be nice to have a GOS drone my current one is just a starter , more of a toy and it likes to take off with a mind of it own. lets hope I get a good one from the start., keeping fingers crossed.

You'll be fine! Just read, re-read and read again all the instruction manual you can find, then watch ALL the DJI tutorial videos. Seriously, most of the problems people have is because they didn't prepare. Good luck and enjoy your Mavic!
