Hello everyone, I would need some help to get a refund. I sent in my Phantom 3 Pro for repair and got a P3P body and a controller back on Feb 6 2017 for my case CAS-388592-H0V6M8.
However, the package that I received did not include a battery that I had paid already ($149). I contacted DJI immediately on that same day right after I received it and provided pictures. I was told to wait and DJI needed to open a new case for me (CAS-439425-J6G7B3). I've contacted many times and was told to wait for processing. It has been 21 days and I cannot wait any longer as I had to buy a new battery to be able to use and test it before my inlaws took it out of the US today.  Please someone at DJI give me a refund on the $149 battery that I had paid already.  Thanks.
