Then you are doing it wrong. Watch a video of someone using it correctly.

A few people have reported the same. Perhaps it still requires a firmware upgrade in order for the feature to work, the fact that it's available via the app makes me think an updated firmware release is imminent

You need to jump up and down first and then turn 360 degrees and it will work!

Ok, yeah, from what I see, some beta testers have leaked information about new features coming to the Phantom 4. I didn't realize that it was not included. It looks like you guys will be getting some nice features whenever that firmware update is released.
