I have used this battery only 2 times. after recharging without issue I plugged it into the Mavic and powered it up. All four green lights glow steady but the Mavic does not power up.

Any ideas about problem or how to fix it?

Might be an irrelevant question; but did you try another battery?

Look closely at the connection pins on the battery and make sure nothing is stuck in there . It doesn't take much with those little pins .

Please try to clean the connectors of the battery and the drone, reboot it for several times, if it still fails to power on aircraft, the battery needs to be sent in for evaluation.

I'll do this. I suspect the problem is the battery because my second battery works every time. We'll see what happens.
