Having flown a litle from the cliffs at Staithes yesterday I've decided it's scary with seagulls screaming about - especially now they are starting to claim nest sites. Also the wind is generally off shore on nicer days this side of the country! It would probably feel less intimidating flying from the beach but high tide whan I was there.

That's my next location to go flying, Staithes is beautiful!

A good option for the cliffs and Cowbar Nab is to drive in at Cowbar side opposite Boulby Mine -  there's a free car park about half mile before the village with easy access to the cliffs

Really awesome. I think most people think you have to have a perfectly beautiful sunny day to get great footage but videos like these prove that  completely wrong.
