Any recent experience with turnaround time with DJI?

Hello All,

I received my DJI Mavic about a month ago and unfortunately I have the out of focus issue. The right side of my image always seems to be out of focus. I can get it to even out a bit if I tap slightly to the right of the center but all it does is slightly blur the other edge.

Does anybody have any recent experience with sending their Mavic in for this issue? I live pretty near their California service facility and I have DJI Care Refresh so hopefully that speeds things up a bit.

I mostly shoot videos so I don't have any pictures right now. I will try and take some for you to view. I spoke with tech support and gave them the info and I got a case number to ship it back to them in California.

I have the same issue and sent mine in more than two weeks ago.  Still waiting for the replacement.  This is my second replacement and my mavic has been in repair longer than I've owned it.

Hi Mindy, thanks for the upgrade but it doesn't really help since it only takes 2 days to ship to me via ground shipping.  What would help is to actually ship the Mavic.  I'm going into 4 weeks already and still nothing, which is pretty crazy.  Can I just return it and get a P4P instead?

How about letting people get loaner P3 or P4s while they are waiting for their Mavic replacement.  I bought the Mavic to use it, not to do Quality Control testing for DJI.

She or me cannot make this decision. Management is acutely aware of the current backloggs in repair system and is working to solve it.

If you can send me contact info for your management, I'd gladly email them directly.  Otherwise, I was providing feedback that you can pass on to the decision makers.

Here's an obvious idea, why doesn't DJI stop selling new Mavics until they can supply replacements?

The reason is not difficult to figure out, put yourself in the same shoes.

A more ethical company would not behave like this.  And no I would not do this.

Have you heard of class action lawsuits? It's only a matter of time.
