Users with certain devices (in my case a Huawei P9) cannot complete the device activation process as the 'Next' and 'Back' buttons on the LCD Screen page (page 3) do not work.

after spending about 40 minutes chatting to one of your 'support' people, he suggested that I should return my Mavic to where I bought it and ask for a replacement, or use my DJI Care Refresh to get a new one.  SERIOUSLY?!  This guy and this kind of response is a disgrace and an embrarsment to your company.

Please do not use the special character to name your drone.
You could try to delete the APP, re-install it or change another mobile device to active it. Please keep me posted, thank you!
