Hello everyone,

I am just currious how long does it take to get a  reply from DJI in regards to a faulty battery and now my drone has gone  missing due to this dissapointment, as i have a road trip coming up  fast and i wouldnt want to miss the chance to film it

this whole service with dji in the emails is extremely disappointing sent the flight records 2x now
