currenty travelling, and damaged my drone (water damage. User error)...I'll be visiting several countries that also have DJI Flagship Stores. am i able to make a claim at the store with DJI Refresh? or does it all have to done online?

Looking to expidite a replacement for my onward travels.

Could you please clarify what's the area of DJI Care Refresh you have purchased?

Then you can only use DJI Care Refresh to replace your product at DJI's official US service center.
