My drone descended the other day on its own. It now has a constant fast flashing yellow light. I have tried to update it but it wont connect to my computer. The RC connected and has updated.
I have seen in other threads (thread-92769-1-1) that I'll need to send in my flight log. I don't have a clue on how to do that and how to get my drone to connect to my computer for an update.
The drone wont connect to the RC either.
I need help, please help with explaining what I need to do as if you are explaining the instructions to your 90 year old grand father

Re-link your drone to your RC, have a look at the manual on how to, I cant recall the exact procedure right now but know that is what the yellow lights mean. Good luck and happy flying!

As I had stated in my first thread, my drone wont connect to my computer, Asstiant2 doesn't recognize the drone when I connect it to the computer but it does connet to the RC. I did watch the video and when I attempted to link the RC and drone the link attempt timed out..
I also can't turn off the drone, the battery flashes one green light and it never turns off.

Drone will not connect to my computer for firmware update, RC will..

YOur drone flashing yellow means remote controllers signal lost. Maybe you have 2 different software install between the controller and the drone.

Have you tried to uninstall the DJI drivier and to reinstall it when your bird is connecting to your PC?

I have checked your video and confirmed with our engineers.
Since you cannot connect the aircraft to computer, you cannot export the data for further diagnosis as well.
I'd suggest you to send it in for further evaluation.
