I can´t activate my new Mavic Pro. I searched all avalible discussions and advices, but no real solutions to this problem. All firmwear are updated. I can connect RC to Aircraft but when I have to go through the first registration process it fail at the last step, and comes with the message Activation failed, please retry. I simply dont know what more to do.
I use Iphone 7. I noticed that the serial number dosent show in the app, dont know if this is an issue? Please help.

Just got a Phantom 4 Pro and this exact same thing happening to me.  Tried it dozens of times and keep getting the same error.  I bought the unit with the built in touch screen so it can't be a compatibility issue.  How did you get yours working?

If you open the DJI GO 4 app without being connected to the RC, does it show that you are logged in? At the bottom of the page with a Mavic on it, on the RHS there is a Me icon. If you tap on that it will show if you are logged in.
