My phantom 4 recordings and screen are green when i fly it in some areas. When i fly it at my house its green but anywhere else is fine. Is there anything i can do to fix it and why. Thx

Probably video lag if that screenshot is off your display screen and not the microSD.

Try setting your channel manually to a strong one (Green bar?) instead of automatic and lower the video transfer as low as it will go in GO 4.
If you are using an Android device, that might be a good part of it too as some of their processors are not as fast, and behind the scenes apps running on them too, as say an Apple iPad Air 2 or the better iPad Pro 9.7"  version.  I have a couple of Samsungs and they were really a waste of money to run GO 4 with breaking up the video and sometimes shutting down and needing a re-boot - or not connecting at all for a while until the USB picks them up maybe 10 minutes later.  Seems like they want to use the RC as a charger more than a data feed at times so they don't connect to GO well.

Its from both. but it only does it when im at my house. every where else is fine. does it have to do with some kind of interference like wifi.

It could be interference. Does this happen in a particular section of your house, or is it everywhere?

Its everywhere by my house. My drone is fine everywhere else but i just want to know whats interfering with it so i can turn it off when i fly my drone.

If it's electrical interference, there isn't much that could be done. If it's not doing this outside or anywhere else, then flying elsewhere would be the best course of action.
