I purchased after care and did not receive an activation code.

I sent back my mavic a few weeks ago and received a replacement as it was faulty straight out of the box.

Now I have the new one I want to switch the after care I purchased to cover my new mavic.

Anyone know how to do this and where I can get my activation code from? I have checked all email and spam folders.

If no, please help me confirm the following info, I will help you on it.
You sent it back to DJI or your dealer  for replacement? If you sent it to DJI, Please PM me your case number and aircraft SN.
If you took it back to the dealer, please provide us the proof of replacement, and aircraft SN for both drones, thanks.

Hi thanks for the reply. I did send it back to Dji and the case number was: CAS-619046-G1Y8N0. Which aircraft number do you need? The old one or the replacement?
