When I plug my mavic into my computer via USB and go to DJI Assistant 2, none of the firmware updates that I've done in the past show up on the list. Thoughts here?

I want to reset factor settings b/c my video feed isn't working and all I see is black. All other connections work and I can fly the AC fine, so no issues there.

People are also saying that it might be the SD card that is making these issues happen. I'm using the SD card that came with the mavic. It's a Class '1', should i get a Class '3' card? Does that matter?

I've also flown the mavic a handful of times with no issues, this just recently started since the last few firmware udpates.
