hello, i am kees fokker and i live in the netherlands i am thinking about buying a DJI drone but i don't have much money. i am going to work in the holidays, so mabby do i then have enough money to by one. my question is whether I can fly the phantom 3 in the Netherlands as well in gps mode as in the USA?

You can fly your drone in GPS mode in The Netherlands.
However, certain places in Holland you cannot fly, due to restricitions.
The DJI Go app will prevent you from taking off in these places.
Like near airfields or the palace of The King.

Flying in the USA is almost the same.
There are strict rules were you can and cannot fly.

So besides buying a Phantom also read these rules.
and fly save.
