DJI thankfully has admitted that there was in fact an abnormal drop in battery related to my case. I got this e-mail at 7:30 am on Friday morning and replied 5 minutes later to accept the offer, but still have not heard back to receive the discount code. It's now sunday afternoon and I was wondering if anyone has had experience with this, and how long it took them to send the code. I am trying to receive my new drone within the next three weeks so I can bring it with me on vacation and was just curious if they had forgotten about me or if they just don't respond to e-mails over the weekends; in which case I might expect a respone on Monday or Tuesday.
