Hi all! I did the updates of my remotes controll and my batteries but since then it tells me that the aircraft is disconnected and I can't do anything. Even the app on iOs doesn't recognize the aircraft anymore! Help!

Did you try to re-link the Remote and Aircraft ?

Wait a minute , did you update the Aircraft first ?  You might get into deep trouble if you did not update the AC first .  Which update did you go from to ?  

You may get luck and just need to re- link if you updated both the AC and the RC .   But if you updated the RC from say version 1.5.70 to say 1.60 and did NOT update the AC first you may get stuck in travel mode and not be able to get out .  In that case  you would need to rollback to 1.5.70 and  then get out of travel mode .  Then update the AC first .

Please list what update you did to the RC and what firmware was on the system before .   You may need to rollback the Firmware on they RC to the previous one , as long as it was not to big a jump from like 1.3 to 1.7 you should be able to rollback , then re establish communication with the RC and AC and then UPDATE THE AIRCRAFT FIRST , THEN THE RC TRANSMITTER

So give us some more information , let us know if you updated the aircraft FIRST  and what version of firmware  is currently on the RC transmitter  and Aircraft ,  then we can give you the best advice as to how to get  sorted.  It may indeed be just a re link that is needed if you did  update the AC first and then The RC, sometimes you just loose link , but it could be more complicated ......depends.

Yep i tried to link manually the RC to the AC.
I wasn't the one doing the last update so don't know the version I had before. I put the last one and did the AC first.

So did the Re -link work ?  If not and you updated the AC what version is on the AC and the RC ?  they must be compatible or linking will NOT work .

What version do you think it was on  ? How long ago did you do the last update ?    If  Not sure then place the Update for the AC back in the aircraft and then let it run for a bit , You are not actually updating but the Log will then tell you what version you are on .

Try the following button combinations to see if it helps:

Reset the RC of any presets:
* Turn on the controller, and the aircraft should be off.
* Press C1, C2, and shutter on the controller then turn the controller off.
* Turn on both the aircraft and the controller and link the remote.

I'd recommend manually relinking the RC with the following combination:
* Turn on both the aircraft and the controller.
* Press C1, C2, and the record button on the controller, then the controller will beep like D-DD. This may take a few seconds of holding it.
*While holding the buttons, press the wheel on the right side of the controller and then the first light of the controller will become blue and it will constantly beep DDDD.
* Use a pen to click the linking button on the aircraft and hold for 3-5 seconds, and then take the pen off the aircraft and wait, it will be linked soon.

Shutter is the picture or "still"s button on the RC. the RC is short for the remote "controller". Hope this helps.

It worked! Will try to connect it again when the weather will be better. Thanks for your help.
