Dead drone, 20 days and still counting....

Thats so bad .......DJI wonder why people go off at them. If it were one of their relatives/family it would be all fixed in the blink of an eye. I pray for the day they have stiff competition...and it will come !!

I believe the DJI admin's are online again, maybe try with them (again).

I tried a PM  asking if going to the Hong Kong flagship store was a good idea or not (Hi Thor!).  Never answered, nor did he ever get back to me about the original problem as he said he would.  I'm sure you can gauge my confidence in using PM......   Man this whole situation makes me laugh.  I'm ready to buy www.dontbuyDJIdirect.com
