Sorry for the difficulties, the installation is fine, please check the HD setting in the APP, adjust the parameter of Transmission Quality to the middle, and change the APP Output Mode as "EXT" to see if it helps, you can post the screenshot of your HD settings here if the issue persists, thank you.
