During the last flights with my Mavic Air, using the remote controller in Mode 2, when I ask to go down with the left stick, the drone starts to turn on itself.
When trying to calibrate the remote controller, pointing the stick down, here is the result.
Is the left stick of my remote controller out of order?

The same 2 malfunctions: left stick AND error message to restore the factory settings?
And what did you do?

This is usually a hardware fault, however you can try.

1. Make sure you are using a compatible device(phone/tablet)
2. Calibrate the controller in the app(while disconnected from the drone)
3. Refresh the firmware.
4. Flick the stick to a max position and release, this is a long shot but i have fixed a stuck stick this way.

Again you can try these but it is most likely a hardware fault with the stick.

I just received the new RC and after charging the battery at 100%, I turn it on : continuous beeps !!!
Update RC 01.00.0200 via DJI Assistant 1.2.4 + pairing with the Mavic Air + calibration, with the sticks in the central position, the left stick indicates 0% downwards and 12% upwards !!
And always msg Error restart factory
Why always this stick left ?

In this thread : https://forum.dji.com/thread-132640-1-1.html,
DJI Thor specifies :
Basically, there will be some chances that RC makes a sound: 1. Low battery; 2. RC sticks are not in the central position; 3. Firmware upgrade failed; 4. Leave the RC in idle itself after powering on.

Visibly, my RC is in case # 2. New repair ?
