Thanks Hallmark! You need to fill in a valid order date, then the submit button should work. All other fields are optional.

With most new releases, the initial delivery time is higher than 'normal'.
My 2 orders shipped within 5 working days.
But that was 'just' regular items.

When I ordered on Nov 30th, DJIs website said 5-10 days. When you say 15-20 days, is that the processing times for current orders or all orders? If it is 15-20 days from the day of my order, I will be cancelling since I will be traveling when it arrives.

During the announcement, it was stated they would ship on 12/15

When Mavic Pro was released it was promised to ship 16 days later, low and behold shipping took 4 months, lol

Hi.  When i placed the order for Osmo Pocket,  it was stated it will be shipped 5-10 days after payment.  I ordered on 2 Dec and is planning to give this as a Christmas present for my kid.  I'm wondering if my order be shipped soon.  Order Number:  0659831883160.  Thank you.

Here’s to hoping this is an exciting upcoming week. Supposedly it will be released on the 15th. Best Buy says you can pick it up on the 15th. I pre-ordered immediately at the DJI Store on-line as soon as I received their email on November 28th. I think (hope) DJI should begin preparing the shipments late this upcoming week. It would be really nice if by Friday I had a shipping notice. I hope (so many hopes) I dont regret ordering from the DJI Store and not just getting this from Best Buy. I want it now! Lol

Got DHL as my shipper now on DJI store. Also got it on order from Clifton Cameras, so lets see who wins the race!

EDIT: Interestingly the mobile page seems to give more details than the standard web page. I never checked before this morning but the shipper only shows up on the mobile version at the moment (https://m.dji.com/orders?www=v1)

No just on the mobile site it gives a little more info, which says the shipper is DHL. No tracking number and currently says Shipping Status is Pending. I did think that meant maybe it is ready to be shipped, but I think its just the mobile site gives more information as the normal site still just says the order status is not shipped.
