So I really need a sun hood as I was flying my Phantom for on a sunny day for the first time. I could hardly make out the screen at all. I went to order one from DJI's store and, what gives! They don't make one for anyhting bigger than the iPad mini even though their own controller supports a full sized iPad. So my questions is, where can I get one that's good quality, and also around the same price point. I find that most of them are like $29.99. And DJI only charges like $16. Any recommendations?

I bought one on eBay for AUD$16.00 with free postage. It works perfectly, and fits my Air 2.

Tim, the DJI one does not fit 10.7 inch tablets.

i would DIY one, it's kinda fun

I agree with Tim, it's no big problem to make a fairly good one yourself; have a look at my post on this thread Tablet shade alternatives. I used the DIY one for about 4-5 months. Otherwise, I'm happy with the PadHat from Hoodivision.
