out of the millions of phantoms that they have sold you will only hear about the .001% that have issues. If everyone on here posted about how their flight went well you'd be sick of reading that also. Most if not all fly aways are user error, RTH height wasn't set correctly, taking off with too low battery, flying in major interference areas, not calibrating IMU or compass properly, etc.
Personally I've had the P2V+3.0 and P3A for about 2 years now and any incident I've had was user 100% error, and I'm man enough to admit that I messed up. Everyone that comes and completely bashes DJI, their logs prove that they didnt do something correctly and that was the cause of the crash. These things are a big piece of technology and cant just be taken outta the box and go flying. People dont read the manual fully or watch videos on how to set it up.
Dont not fly because you're scared to have a flyaway, learn how to operate it 100% correctly and you shoudlnt have one. |
