1. What is the firmware version for the aircraft and remote?
2.The video is directly from SD card, right?
3.When you bought it? It's never crashed or hard landing, right?
1. Aircraft: 01.02.0503 Remote: 1.6.0 App 2.8.7
2. Yes, direct from SD card
3. Bought about a month ago from the Apple Store. Never crashed. Never hard landing. Only second or third flight.

here are some videos where you can see the spots,
what can i do, I live in Paramaribo Suriname and they have no DJI Auterised shops here
